THE SOUTH DOWNS
The farmhouse is perfectly sited for exploring the South Downs.
The Monarch Way passes by the farm, and footpaths lead away to all compass points so there is a walk or ride for every countryside lover.
In springtime a 30 min walk past the site of Jack Upperton's gibbet and back to the farm passes through some spectacular bluebell woods

For beach lovers or for a stroll along the coast, Climping Beach and Littlehampton are only a ten minute drive away.

Although we have no pubs within "spitting distance",there are plenty of different pubs within a four mile radius. Our favourites include The Woodmans Arms, a thatched pub at Hammerpot; The Six Bells at Lyminster and the George & Dragon at Burpham.
