Boxes
Every month or so we sell fresh beef to customers via our home delivery organic beef boxes, delivered directly to your door (Hungerford, North and West Wiltshire and Bath). Treat yourself to some,

The organic beef boxes contain a selection of different cuts. This way we ensure the whole carcass is used, not stored and so the beef is as fresh as possible.
We use an Organically certified abattoir and butcher. The beef is hung for around three weeks prior to cutting. The beef is cut and vacuum packed and then normally delivered the next day.
All this ensures full traceability and accountability, no compromise fully organic beef.
Normal Contents:
Silverside joint (1-2kg)
Topside joint (~1kg)
Brisket joint (~1kg)
Rolled Back Rib joint (+1kg)
Fore Rib on Bone joint(~1kg)
Rump Steak/s
Sirloin Steak/s
Minute, Bavette, Feather or Short Rib Frying Steak/s
Best Mince (500g packs Course ground, minced once (ie. not a red paste), no gristle)
Braising Steak uncut (~500g packs)
Shin or Blade uncut
Short Rib or Shin on Bone
Price: £70
£5 discount if collected
A small number of £40 half boxes may be available subject to full size boxes not being sold out. £3 discount if collected
Weight: The weight will depend upon the value of each item and will normally be 8-9kg.
