West Sussex Decorative and Fine Arts Society (WSDFAS) was founded in 1969 and became the twentieth member society of the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies (NADFAS).
We provide our members with an excellent programme of illustrated lectures, arrange visits to galleries, museums, country houses and other places of cultural interest. We also organise study days and arrange an annual holiday either in the UK or abroad.
Meetings are held in Fittleworth Village Hall on the first Tuesday of each month at 2.15pm.
Fittleworth is a convenient distance from Petworth, Pulborough, Arundel, Midhurst, Billingshurst and Chichester. There is ample parking at the Hall and visitors are welcome.
We have a library of some 500 books on all aspects of Fine Arts. These are kept at Fittleworth Village Hall and are available on loan free to members.
A group of Heritage Volunteers from the Society are involved with a new venture at the Weald & Downland outdoor museum.

We are proud to be involved with the Young Arts Project in local primary schools. In 2011 we introduced Church Trails; introducing the young to the beauty and heritage of our local Churches.
