Birling House provides care for people with a range of physical and learning disabilities.
The home was opened over twenty years ago and specialises in caring for people with Huntington's Disease. The home is set in its own grounds in the Snodland conservation area and is quite close to the railway station.
The House is on two floors, with an attached annexe, purpose built for wheelchair users. There are four communal lounge areas, a dining room and visitors' room. All bathrooms and toilets are adapted for residents. Bedrooms are decorated and furnished to reflect individual tastes and include a TV point and call bell system. We have an Activities Suite including a multi sensory room, kitchen and communal area. We also have a large accessible garden. The Home has two adapted mini buses and a car.

We take great time and care in planning admissions to both homes in the Society ensuring that they are personal and welcoming.
We aim to offer reassurance and support in an unhurried and friendly environment because we understand the life changing decisions that prospective residents and their families may be making.
We are able to provide people with a full range of information in order to assist their decision process.
