GARDNER CANN PARTNERSHIP was formed in April 1989 as a Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy practice operating from offices within the Northern fringe of the City of London.

The Partners have known each other for more than twenty-five years and both have worked extensively in senior positions at home and abroad. Their combined experience, has resulted in a very active Practice providing a range of services on both new and refurbishment projects in commercial, industrial and public sector developments.

In this way and whilst the range of services provided is diverse, the fundamental objectives of the Partners has been adhered to from the outset. Namely, to exercise their professional skills in a way which ensures that every Client gets both performance and 'value for money' for their project.

Understanding that good reputations are hard earned, the Partners aim to provide the highest standards of professional service by maintaining personal involvement in every project for which the Practice is commissioned. The Clients' interests are, therefore, kept uppermost at all times.
