Formerly three cottages believed to have been built in the 17th century and with later additions, April Cottage is now a spacious family home located on the edge of an "area of outstanding natural beauty" within 1 mile of historic Arundel town centre which has for centuries been the seat of the Earls Marshall of England.

Our location lends itself to those wishing to visit Arundel, the South Downs and the surrounding area with easy access to the A27. Arundel Railway station is only 1/2 mile away and buses stop at the end of Crossbush Lane.

The coast is only 5 miles away and the award winning European Blue Flag beaches of Littlehampton and Bognor Regis are within easy reach.

There are many Pubs and Restaurants in the area, many within walking distance. We do however, provide evening meals by prior arrangement.
